Once you agree to sign up for Enhanced Coaching, you will get your meal plans and everything you need set up and set to you in 24-48 hours. From there you will be able to email your coach anytime you want, just be patient and we will get back to you with in 24hrs (depending on volume of clients.)
You will have access to your coach anytime and we will keep changing making adjustments. Once a week you and your coach will talk by phone for 15 mins and discuss how your week went to adjust the program accordingly.
